Questions, answered plainly.
How do I cancel?
In the app, open Setup → Account and manage your subscription. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep access until the end of the month you paid for. You can also write to support and we cancel it for you.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, within the window in our Refund policy. Refunds are processed by Paddle, our payment provider, to your original payment method.
What happens to my data?
We store your account, your learning progress, your notes, and your Caddie chats to teach you. No ad trackers, no selling data. You can export everything or delete your account from your account page. Details in the Privacy policy.
Is Your Caddie an AI?
Yes. Your Caddie runs on a large language model by Anthropic, guided by our curriculum and your progress. It can still be wrong — check what matters before you act on it.
What counts as a Caddie answer, and what if I run out?
One question to Your Caddie — in the chat or in the help bubble on Bingo and the Lab — is one answer. Rating cards and reading the Lab use none. You see how many are left; if you run out, add 200 more for $10 or wait for next month.
Do I need to know anything about AI to start?
No. Bingo shows where you stand, and the curriculum starts with what happens when you type into a chat window.
Who makes LearnCaddie?
LearnCaddie is made by Cognia-IA. The curriculum is curated by people; Your Caddie teaches it. Full provider details are in the Legal notice.
