Privacy Policy
We collect what we need to teach you — and nothing for advertising. This page explains what we store, why, who helps us, and how you stay in control.
1. Who is responsible

As a guest, your Bingo progress stays in your browser until you register. We do not sell your data, and we do not use it to build advertising profiles.
3. Cookies and trackers
This website (learncaddie.com) sets no cookies and loads no analytics or advertising trackers. The app (app.learncaddie.com) uses one strictly necessary session cookie to keep you signed in. No ad trackers, no third-party analytics.
4. Service providers (processors)
We use a small number of providers who process data on our behalf:

5. Legal bases (EU/EEA, UK)
If data protection law such as the GDPR applies to you, we process your data to perform our contract with you (account, learning, Caddie, billing), for our legitimate interest in a secure and working service (logs), and to meet legal obligations (tax records via Paddle).
6. International transfers
Our hosting is in the EU. Your Caddie questions are processed by Anthropic in the USA. Where required, transfers rely on appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
7. How long we keep data
- Account, progress, notes, and chats: while your account exists.
- Registered trial without purchase: progress is kept for 7 days.
- Technical logs: a short period for security, then deleted.
- Billing records: as long as tax law requires (kept by Paddle).
8. Your control: export and delete
Signed in, open Setup → Account:
- Export — download all data we hold about you as a file.
- Delete account — permanently deletes your account and learning data. Cancel any active subscription first so you are not charged again.
You can also ask us to access, correct, delete, or restrict your data, or object to processing, by writing to {{CONTACT_EMAIL}}. If you are in the EU/EEA or UK you may complain to your data protection authority.
9. California residents
You have the right to know what personal information we collect, to delete it, to correct it, and not to be discriminated against for using these rights. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. Use the account tools above or email us.
10. Children
LearnCaddie is not intended for anyone under 16. We do not knowingly collect their data.
11. Changes
We will post changes on this page and tell you by email if they are significant.
